kayaking on the semois is for everybody. The semois is a peacefull river and the difficulty depends on the length.
Beware of the age and experience of everyone in order to prepare your descent of the Semois.
The recreation center is a meeting point for your kayaking activities in Alle-sur-Semois. The free buses by Récréalle ensure transport between the Centre and the departure and arrival points of your parcours.
(Free bus rides The bus of Récréalle takes you to your departure and you will get back to the Recreation Center for free.
Parcour 1,Alle-Vresse-1 h 30-ideal for the 1st time
The shortest parcour. A descent of the Semois by 7 km that takes you to Vresse. No major difficulty. You can always stand in the Semois, alalong the parcour.
Parcour 2. Alle-Membre-3 u-ideal with the family
It is recommended to have some experience. No major difficulty. Sightseeing during your parcour: the bridge of Sant-Lambert, the pont de claies at Laforet.
Parcour 3: Poupehan-Alle-3 h-ideal with the family
A bus will take you to the starting point with all the material. No waiting at the finish. You are directly on the place to benefit from the activities of the Leisure Centre Récréalle. Sightseeing during your parcour: the village of Frahan.
Parcour 4. Alle-Bohan 5 to 6 h already a challenge –.
Descending the semois 20 km with the canoe or kayak. In Group or with young people. A whole day. possibility to eat on the course in Membre or Vresse.Sightseeing: the bridge of Pont de claies in vresse, Laforet, nature reserves, jambon of the semois.
Parcour 5 Bouillon-alle – 6 to 7 h – a real expedition.
27 km. 1 bus departure at 10u. Recommended for experts and sports people. A long, beautiful but very wild parcour. Views: surrounded by the forest between bouillon and poupehan,; You will pass the tomb of the giant and crosses the village of Frahan.
